All claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Any claims for misprinted, damaged and/or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after your order has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please submit all claims to [email protected]
We currently do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. We hope to be able to do so in the future. For now, please reference the appropriate sizing guides on each product page (where applicable) before placing your order.
